“Outstanding customer service and integrity. My laptop wouldn’t boot and appeared DOA. When I called them, staff suggested several actions to get it going and save me a trip. Nothing worked so I dropped my laptop off mid Friday afternoon expecting to be without it until the following week. I received a call in about an hour to come pick up my fixed computer, for a very reasonable price.
