The worst customer experience I’ve ever seen. I gave a bracelet to them for repair and was promised that I’ll get it by February 19th 2024. However today is March 20th and I’m still waiting for them to return my jewellery. I always call them and hear the same story they’re sorry there was a miscommunication between the goldsmith and the store. No one takes up any responsibility. Never going back to make any purchases or repairs. Would recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere and think twice before considering Charm diamond.

I received 2 white gold necklaces with pendants. One from my husband for my 60th birthday. The other from my daughter and son-in-law for Mother’s Day. Both were absolutely gorgeous and meant a great deal to me. I opened my Mother’s Day gift and wentTo put it on and the clasp broke. Luckily my daughter was able to replace the chain. I wore the necklace my husband gave me quite often. One day the chain broke. I brought it in and the staff member asked if I slept in it. I thought that was odd as I have slept in many necklaces without issue. The chain had stretched - I had never heard of that. I had to pay for a new chain and I got the warranty - it was not cheap to add this cost onto the $500+ my husband had already spent. I hardly wear either necklace because I’m fearful I’m going to lose then. Just recently we were going to a formal event and I chose to wear the necklace my husband gave me. The clasp did not work. Well I had the warranty, no questions asked, chain was replaced. You must have that expectation Charm that your items are poor quality.

I brought a ring and a chain in to be repaired. the ring came back perfect. the chain was never cleaned they put on parts I asked not to be used and it was returned shorter then when I left it I had them cur off there work and return my money now I am left with a dirty chain shorter then before and I have to find someone else to fix it. also they used a cheap ugly silver metal on a gold chain ? need I say more. if the ring was not perfect they would have got negative stars not two stars. very very unhappy. but the sales lady was nice and polite. even as frustrated as I was. so good job with there professionalism.

I walked in with a hoop earring which had a clasp that wouldn’t stay closed. It was fixed quickly and it now works perfectly (even better than the other one that I left at home!). Much appreciated. Friendly and helpful customer service.

The manager at the Sarnia location is a very nasty, ignorant and bad tampered individual. Beware! If my daughter didn’t like her new earring so much I would’ve return them on principle

Cold and compassionless customer service. Store manager admits they are unaware how store policies work, and that once an item is discontinued its worth scrap price of the gold and stones a worthless.

The manager of this location has the worst attitude and costumer service I’ve ever experienced. She is so ignorant. I left so upset. First time ever wearing any type of ring and 0 help what so ever. The man who works at this location is a breathe of fresh air. He has customer service skills and genuinely cares. Overall I would not recommend this location. They also don’t mention you need to go back every 6 months for your warranty to stay covered. I guess that’s how they get people so they don’t have to have there warranty covered.

Purchased ring and diamond fell out,told me because I bought on sale no warranty..buyer beware..I didn't know when you buy a diamond or any jewelry no warranty because its on sale..I will never buy here again..

Friendly and helpful service.I was clearly in need of guidance on my purchase. Was greeted immediately upon entry. The lady that assisted me was patient and thorough. Did not feel pressured at all. I actually left the story feeling confident with my purchase. I appreciate the time she took to explain all my options.Will definitely go back!

I took a piece of jewllery in to have repaired. I received amazing service from the woman who helped me! I was looking to buy a small piece of jewllery and she provided fantastic ideas for me which worked! She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I really appreciated her creativity and am very happy with my purchase.
