Absolutely the best ! I went in for one thing, however I saw chairs on sale , however I drive a sedan …. We tried to see if they would fit … no luck , so the costumer representative , Sandra, drove them to my house , no charge , just from the goodness of her heart…. How fantastic is this? I am in awe of her kindness, and the kindness and great humour and help of all the ladies working today! It is my new go to for anything ! Amazing is the least I can say ! Also tons of sales and variety!

I have done a couple projects now using the advice of the Home Hardware crew, and they have been great! Using a local smaller store with hometown customer service makes my choice easy every time!

My wife and I decided to pay a visit to your store tonight on London Road in Sarnia, we arrived 1 hour before the store closed. We were quite surprised at the number of employees who were just standing around talkingIt was a cold night so of course we had our winter coats on. Once we got into the store it was warm so my wife decided to carry her coat.That made most of your staff very uncomfortable and it soon became obvious that your staff thought we were there to shoplift. It wasn't long before we had no less than four employees following us around the store giving us the sideways looks.In the end it worked out good for us because we only had to pay for one of the items that we were there to purchase.The cashier and the other employees were so obsessed with watching my wife that they didn't bother to scan both items that we were purchasing.My wife and I walked out of the store happily with only paying for one itemYou all made fools of yourself tonight ?

Woof . This stores Customer service is a joke . Employees seem to hate their jobs.Can't even process a simple return. Just awful.

Thanks for great service and knowledge! My Dad was insistent to going to the box stores first. They were unable to help or couldn't do it because of staffing. Our last effort was going to this hardware store and we're very pleased they could help us in a short time.Thanks again!
