Just got back from there for a wash and interior horrible job on the interior dirt on the seats and floor still looks like they don't even vacuum also still dirt on dash and doors

Pathetic services. Charged me $22.95 for exterior wash where all the dirt stains and tree sap( as they claimed) marks were still present. I chose to go to this car wash as they have people after the wash to clean the car so that if they spot any dirt or so called tree sap, they could work on it. To my surprise they don’t have lotions or wax to remove that but still charged $22.95. In addition, while I was still in the car the wash guy leaned inside through the window reaching out to my gear breaching my personal space and touched my thigh( even though the guy saw my car was on neutral) . I was also told how automatic cars work in detail , as they assumed I had put my car on park brake

Took my car here today for the first time and this is what happened. They obviously don’t know how to line the car up with the yellow track. We’ll see what other damage is under when I take it to the mechanic

Its been a week since I joined their VIP pass. Price is very reasonable and my car is like brand new every time I go through the carwash. Interior cleaning is affordable too.
