They took a payment out on the 24th of the month and I vacated on the 28th and gave notice. The worker said I should get at least 3 weeks refunded but they decided not to refund anything saying the just changed their policy days prior. Great customer service, they are already renting out my storage unit.

Best storage, is a very nice, clean and safe drive-up storage facility. The staff has been quite friendly and accommodating thus far.The only reason I cannot give them a 5star review, is due to the fact that, they do not provide an option for 24hour access. If they were to implement that somehow, they would definitely merit a 5star review. Either way, i do recommend.

I used Best Storage for my business storage needs and had a fantastic experience. The site manager was SUPER helpful from the first phone call to the day I returned the keys. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I would totally recommend to anyone that needs storage.

Awesome Experience!!We had needed a storage unit last minute and they were there to help every step of the way. Were able to work with us over the year in so many ways. Just to name a few, we ran behind on 2 of our payments with in the year and they were more than helpful to work with us to ensure that we would keep our unit. They were also easy to deal with if we need to down size our unit. Very easy use secured access to the premises during non business hours.Payments can be made email transfer, online debit visa or credit card or in person. Which helped over the winter months to make payments on time.They made our transition from storage unit to our new home seamless!Thank you to Michelle who was helpful, caring and respectful of our needs!I would recommend Best Storage 100%

Simply the Best Storage Facility with top service. Michelle is always there to help you with a smile. Clean & decently priced storage units. Would definitely recommend them. I have a rental unit since March this year.

I absolutely LOVE the way this business is run. You will not be disappointed. I had a really bad experience with my moving company trying to rip me off and make me pay double During the unloading process. She stepped in a helped me out and stay there with me as a second voice/witness it seem to help me on my end. I would 100% use them again and recommend all to do the same. When I no longer needed their services it wasn’t a hassle at all I was on my way with well wishes . I loved everything about this business and the way it’s run. You can’t beat great service, great prices, clean units.
