I went into best buy today to get a new charging cable for my phone, and it was pretty easy and convenient to find what I was looking for. Dan with the beard helped me out today, he provided exceptional customer service, and was very friendly. Dan was able to test my cable I brought in, and then recommended a great product that I'm very happy with.Highly recommend Dan if you're at this location and need a helping hand.

I have over the last 5 yrs made plenty of big purchases never had issues. The last month I've spent now 348.00 on stuff that's not required for my issue on my p.c and I'm only trying to get 203.00 and biting the fact I'm stuck with my 2tb external HDD. I bought a thing that was suggested from your store worker associate that would apparently fix a stuttering issue with my gaming desktop. I had the piece for 45 min realised when I opened my PC I have the exact SSD already installed. So I purposely drove back before your store closed and it was nothing but this feel sorry policy about how you don't take open items back that hold storage blah blah and that you get nothing back and how there melted. First off you have your workers in the wrong section most of the floor employees are great you have all the ignorant Karen's behind customer returns. Re think your hiring process now I'm stuck with a 203.00 on a in store credit when I dont want anything to do with this location period. It's the 3rd issue I've had buying from here in last 5 wks. Next is writing the general managerUpdate I called and went to this website you had sent and still weeks gone by and I've received no phone call must of hoped I forgot huh?

Beware of Hidden Charges at Best Buy SarniaMy recent experience with Best Buy Sarnia has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I visited the store to purchase a new phone and set up a new plan, expecting a smooth and transparent transaction. However, what I got was anything but.Upon receiving my first bill, I was shocked to find that I was being charged significantly more than the agreed-upon contract amount. Despite the assurances of the sales representative regarding the monthly charges, the reality was far from what was promised. It's unacceptable to be hit with unexpected fees and charges, especially after explicitly discussing the terms of the contract.What's even more disappointing is the lack of accountability and assistance from the store's staff. Despite visiting the store twice to address the issue, all I received were vague explanations and excuses. The phrase "we are just the middle men" was repeated like a broken record, deflecting responsibility rather than taking steps to resolve the issue. It's unacceptable for a retailer to wash their hands of customer concerns, especially when they played a role in facilitating the transaction.Overall, my experience with Best Buy Sarnia has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From misleading pricing to lackluster customer service, I am deeply disappointed in the level of professionalism and integrity displayed by this store. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a phone or plan from Best Buy Sarnia to proceed with extreme caution, as you may end up paying far more than you bargained for.

"Wyze LifeStyle" DO NOT TRUST THEMI purchased a gift from the Best Buy MarketPlace "Wyze LifeStyle" in November 2023. I received the item but unfortunately had to return it because the individual already owned my gift. The seller specified it had extended its return policy due to the Christmas Session.I received a return slip from the sender and returned the item on Jan 10 2024. The Seller received return(Tracking Confirmed) in Mississauga on January 11 2024 but denies receiving it. I reached out to Best Buy Canada and they contacted the seller with no success.

Worst service and policy ever. Went in for a head set and being a senior I am challenged when it comes to technology. I realized when I got home it was the wrong item and would not let me return it. The return policy is in fine print on back of receipt and does not specify head sets. Feel I was taken advantage of.

Never had any big issues there . I'd 5 star it but it closes way to early . Lost a big sale last week and a decent one tonight 7pm closure is to early . People like to be able to go home eat dinner , relax a short time then go out . Maybe next time

I called talk to unknowledgeable person,who knew nothing about product I was asking about, then I went to store that was just as bad, so dont waste ur time they can only tell you about product what is written on line..I did purchase washer ,dryer,fridge and stove from Leon's who knew about products and free delivery..Best buy really should have staff that understands products and can speak English would be helpful. Never again will I bother with this store.

When wanting to talk to staff directly about a matter over the phone, you can't talk to the staff at the store directly to get you questions answered. You have to drive to the store to get your problem solved. Wasting my time and gas.This experience makes me feel like a number and not a person.

Recently needed to return a defective TV to the Sarnia store. After dealing with the tv manufacturer's service persons I was expecting the same frustration at the store. This was not the case. The service desk was very professional and courteous. They got my claim processed quickly and even helped me with purchasing the replacement tv. Then they carried it out for me. If you do your due diligence before heading to the store your visit will go much smoother. Thank You to the ladies at the service desk!

I went into my local Sarnia Best Buy to purchase a Chrome Cast. I was very displeased with my customer service experience. The store was staffed from what I could see by 8 employees that were standing together in a circle in the pc department talking about what favourite tv shows they all had, all the while ignoring a store full of customers. When I finially did get help it was from a guy named Justin, whom seemed unimpressed and displeased to help me.Everyday we're asked to shop local businesses and help keep our community employeed. But when you have customer service interactions like this it's no wonder why people turn to online shopping.

Awful experience today with a cell phone rep... She was pushy to sell their warranty, impatient (didn't help set up my phone and was upset when the renewal was taking long) and provided misinformation several times. She said I could get a rate plan that I couldn't get and that I would get a gift card amount that I didn't get (I didn't realize until after the purchase) and she didn't even apologize for the error.

Out of all the Best Buys, or any other tech store I’ve been to, this one in particular is the most friendly, helpful, reasonable.When my family and I were looking for speakers for our new 70” tv, a very friendly staff namedEster assisted and gave us info about the speaker dynamics, sound-bars, and surround sound and etc info about each speaker we asked about. This helped us decided whether or not.One other pleasant experience we had was working with a staff named Nathan while planning on purchasing Apple Watches. Although this brand isn’t his cup of tea, he still gave us an unbiased opinion and a professional comparison between the two watch products available, which was very much appreciated.And lastly, Nathan again helped my brother and I to make the right purchase choice on laptops. As someone who animates, games and does graphic design, I was quite satisfied with the comparisons on graphics, speed, and it’s average lifespan.So a special thank you to both of those amazing staffs!
