Honestly great selection of clothing, shoes etc, although I found the store completely gross. There were papers/tags/ dirt all over the floors, as well as it looked like spilled drinks, or smudges of things all over the floor. Even on the display at the front of the store. Not one single employee to be found except the girl at the checkout. Didn't see a smile on her face either. Lambton Mall has minimal stores already let's keep the ones we do have looking a little better!

Very rude and unprofessional staff- I was looking for a size, and there wasn’t one on the wall- however I noticed there was one on a clothing rack an employee was using for a display. I grabbed it to try it on, the employee rolled her eyes and mouthed “what the ****” under her breath. Definitely will never be shopping here again.

I love Ardenes clothes so much! Decently priced and sales are happening often. My only con is that they never have a good amount of staff working….. it’s usually 1-2 people for the whole store when I’ve been there and one is usually busy stocking shelve while the other is on cash and doing fitting rooms.

I love this store so much. The staff is so kind and super friendly and helpful. The manager and assistant manager nigh are wonderful and the whole staff basically. The store always has wonderful offers and discounts and it’s my go to shore for shopping ?

The staff was awesome. Went in looking for a specific dress for my daughter. We were greeted immediately upon entering and asked if we needed help. We browsed for a bit and when we couldn't do d the dress we were after asked for help.The woman working (wish I had her name to shout her out) said the dress we wanted had just come in and was in boxes. She opened the boxes and went hunting for it for us, which was so nice.Then, when we were trying to find shoes to go with the outfit she offered some great advice and options. She even found some shoes while on her break in the back and brought them out to us (while still on her break) because she thought they'd look good with the dress.Great customer service!

Not great, not awful. Staff aren't very friendly. My receipt says I can return product I bought but when I brought it back they gave me a store credit. It wasn't even 50% off product.
