I always love to support local businesses. I called about getting my air-conditioning diagnosed and it cost me over 400 dollars. Other places in town were cheaper but they are close to me and easy for me to drop off there. It lasted 2 months, and I'm pretty perturbed that I paid a small fortune to find out where and if my air conditioning has a leak, which it does. They recharged it put in dye. Told me that they just leave it and hope it fixes it. How, exactly it helps someone have their air and not keep paying a small fortune to figure out where the leal is to fix it. I hate writing bad reviews,however I won't be back.

I asked the girl at the desk, when I was supposed to bring it back so that you can look for the leak. Her response was, well we fill it and it works so we don't have you back. I said why use the dye then, and she said we'll when UT is filled and it bows cold after then they just leave it at that. It was NOT conveyed to me that you didn't find a leak. That it still had pressure. You take people's money and the people at the desk seem to have no idea what they are speaking about. All of this could have easily been conveyed to me when asked and it coud easily have been resoved. Over $400 dollars and 2 months later My air isn't working, "Stew". I totally believe that the absolute best way to deal with all clients is to take the darn time to explain everything. Not ohh well it's blowing cold so we just oeave it at that. I definately do not have money falling out my butt to just say hey well here thanks see ya in a coupke months.

Whoever looked at my vehicle here was called an idiot by mechanics at two different places in town when i had their quote and work done looked over.
Wouldn't trust this place, will try to take advantage of you 100%
Owner seems to try to discredit bad reviews on here with nonsense. You saw me three times including your previous business location. Couldn't even figure out a car was in limp mode after two appointments with your new location.
Apparently your mechanics can't feel incredibly slow acceleration after 70kph? Literally brought in for two different tests at your location and "every thing felt fine" even though I said multiple times it felt incredibly by slow going on the high way. It's ok though a real mechanic was able to see that and find the problem! In one appointment I might add.
Thanks for trying to reach out but you don't need to text my number at 10pm for a bad review. You had a chance to rectify your mistakes just like when you screwed up at your other location. Review is a bit late but true.

CSN St.clair sends my truck over here for repairs due to a collision and I’m now stuck with this noise, never was before replacing tie-rod, took my truck back but was told they didn’t hear anything, took a day off for no reason not happy! Disappointed.02/13/24

Decent service and BAD JOKESWhen I was here to get my winter tires swapped, I had a set of rims that doesn’t fit my car. Unfortunately, I took them from a friend who said they came off an old similar car as mine and I took his word.When these guys inspected and figured out that they won’t fit my car their receptionist called me told me about the situation. She suggested me that the set of tires that I bought can be mounted onto the existing rims on the car in case I want to, for which I obviously said Yes.When I went there to pick up my car there was this guy who handed over the bill to me. I saw the bill and just to reconfirm I said “oh I was charged $32 for wheel Inspection?”. I neither said I was wrongly charged nor said they over charged me, I just reconfirmed. Then this guy instead of saying why they charged me or simply just say Yes, started showing his stupidity and starting talking to me about how his men don’t work for free and how he don’t work for free. He then went on and started asking me funnily(which he thinks he is) if I work for free and offered to hire me if I am willing to work for free. All this without me saying a single word.To that funny person at After Hours who thinks he is very funny, please stop making fun of people who are paying you. I also suggest you better stop all the cost cutting and asking around people if thay can work for free and start paying your receptionist well so that they are available till end of the day and people like me don’t have to see and talk to you.I would have stooped down to his level and argued with him the whole day but I am sure it doesn’t make any sense to both of us. So, I am just posting it here so that everyone in the community is aware of the kind of jokes you might have to listen when you go to them.I have got decent service from them the couple of times I was there, it’s not something I can’t get anywhere else in the city.

I have been going to After Hours since 2017 and I truly respect the staff here. Their oil changes are reasonably priced and I find them very honest and clear with their billing. My car is now getting to an age where it requires a bit more attention and if they say something needs to be done, I do it. They have never charged me in excess for anything and I’m so happy that Sarnia has such a great business available to us.
