Jack is a criminal, it's 20% interest not 10 as he tries to trick people. He takes advantage of the poor and vulnerable. Jack cares about filling his own pocket and not what's best for his clients

Truly honest people I really liked that jack actually came to our home and spoke to my wife and myself like we’d known each other for years. You don’t have this type of bond in this world anymore whereas jack took the time to sit with us and go thoroughly through the entire process. It was as easy as 123 with no red tape my wife and I felt as though we were speaking with a family member and we’re both very comfortable. Thanks jack keep doing what you do. Bill and Kelly Baldwin

RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS CROOK Jack Fegan ! Helped us easily get into a home with 10% downpayment and promised to give a lower interest rate 3 months prior to renewing the 5 year term, then 2 days before deadline he told us he wants will only renew at double the interest rate. We were never late on one payment. He listed himself as needing to be the person to sell the home and now we want him to sell it instead of paying 10% interest and hes saying he won't sell it due to COVID. He is now starting to do power of sale in 13 days to get the home back in his name ( 1 day after our 5 year agreement). After doing research on him and his properties he has done this many times on this specific property. He gets people in to homes, they pay a fortune, then Jacks the price up to an unimaginable amount at the last minute, leaving them hopeless, either pay this new double amount for a 5 year term or he issues power of sale and buys the home back with another of his business entities for $1. Then gets it ready to extort his next victim. We are a family with 3 young kids and this guy has zero remorse for anything or anyone so please learn from our mistake, do yourself the biggest favor and stay away from him or his multiple businesses. The home he sold us was actually a sloppily renovated trailer with an addition built on, he never disclosed that prior to buying it. After it was bought I used his handyman who did the 2 years of renos to redo the bathroom and he told me it was originally a trailer and that Jack is Cheap & Cuts corners on everything. He told me he spent 2 years renovating it to make it all great and safe and In my 1st year in the home I had to pay a small fortune to redo the electrical system.. 2 different contractors told me I was very luck the house didn't burn down. There were even live wires exposed outside where the children play. Very scary to think he sold this knowing we have young children.

Only good things to say aboutJack ?cant thank him enough for everything he has done for us. Needed a roof over our heads, bent backwards for us, made our lives so much easier by dealing with everything! Him and his son always were there to answer our questions. Hands down, i recommend him 100%.
