“Well done! I had the most pleasant customer service experience today at B&J’s variety/Canada Post outlet. For context I have been trying to return a package to Cogeco for two months and had previously (twice) took the parcel to another small Canada post outlet that told me I needed a barcode of which Cogeco only supplies a return code, no return label. Cogeco is now threatening to send to collections…So I brought the parcel into the West Lorne Canada Post, found within B&J’s Variety and this wonderful young clerk tried to help while also managing the variety cashier position. I called Canada Post because he couldn’t quite figure what to do with this return code. Although, he was certain he could do it. The Canada Post call advised he should call his internal help desk. It was busy in the store so I told him I would come back after work. I did, and in the meantime he had pulled out a very large Canada post manual and had located the process for entering the code. I appreciate he took ownership of helping me while also tending to many other customers. He mentioned he was also studying for exams. I am thankful for the enterprise of this customer service clerk, it is appreciated more than you know.”

“Overall a good and clean place to get some rest during a long drive. Unfortunately Popeyes and A&W are closed during the night, leaving only Tims open. Washrooms are also clean.”
