“This store is outstanding…there’s a reason I keep coming back here. I wanted some very hard to find boots…I was very particular on what I wanted…if I was spending $500.00 on work boots, well, I want what I want. Lol. I contacted the store, and spoke with the assistant Manager, Hailee , and she assured me she would find what I needed. Within 2 days, there they were…at the store. Never had a hard time finding things I liked in my size, and can honestly say the owners really chose each style with a lot of thought and care never comprising on practicality and always ahead of the fashion curve. I have bought many of my shoes from them, and although a small business, very community oriented and involved in so many ways with other businesses. As soon as you walk in you are always greeted with a smile and they know everyone by name, they will work with you and even find things you never knew you loved, so patient and helpful. “I was with my sister back in Oct of this year when she bought a pair of summer shoes and winter boots. It took a number of times trying on the shoes and winter boots until the proper size was found. Quality of the merchandise is excellent. Without a doubt, the store manager did a wonder job in finding the right pair. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for a pair of boots or shoes????”
“If you want exceptional customer service and best knowledge and recommendations for shoes go see Madison Assistant Manager. I was over charged for shoes at Shoe Company at Heartland Town Center by there mistake and so I came to Shoe Company in Guelph and advised Madison of the issue. She took complete ownership of the mistake even though she was not responsible for it, and provided amazing customer service and found me the shoes I required. “My friends and I stopped in this beautiful shop on a whim at the end of the day on Sunday. Not only is the product simply incredible (I'm not sure I have ever felt leather this supple!), but the service was absolutely fantastic. Heather was a dream to work with and a joy to spend time. I definitely recommend stopping in and finding that perfect something for practically anyone on your Christmas list. I was so impressed that they also sell their leather scraps. I bought a bag for my own handicraft business and am so excited to incorporate the leather into the stuffies I make.
