As someone with chronic illness, several doctors and specialists, multiple changing insurance plans, and a limited budget, I've never experienced this level of professionalism and care from any other pharmacy - and I've tried several in Guelph. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. They do what is necessary to ensure that you get the pharmaceutical care you need to the best of their ability every time.
Canada's medical system can sometimes be impossible to navigate to the layperson, especially when your medical situation is complicated. Without their expertise and compassion, I would not enjoy the level of health that I do today.”

Review update (July 12, 2024)
I can’t say enough about how well our family has been serviced by this group of pharmacists. We have relied on them to fill compounded prescriptions with late notice before vacations, transfer prescriptions when we are away for extended durations, they have done everything they could to change the flavouring, and they break our prescription into two separate containers upon request for storage at two different locations. I am not any easy client to say the least.
The staff always takes their time to check in with us and make sure they know how we are doing and if anything has changed with our medical conditions. They genuinely care about our health. I couldn’t say enough good things about this pharmacy.
Highly recommends, especially if you have a compounded prescription.”
