Love shopping and being treated like a criminal. Now they come up to you and ask you if they can scan the stuff on the bottom of your cart for you. Like I'm not going to. I said I can handle it thanks. So they went and got their supervisor to stand beside me and watch me scan all my items. Absolutely ridiculous.
If I need something from Walmart I'll go to Orleans. It's not that far and they treat you better. But I will try to avoid walmart as much as possible going forward. I'll go to independent for now on in rockland.

There's No way they can't answer their phones after calling 11 times at 10h30 a.m. ridiculous. Still to this day, THEY ANSWER THEN HANG UP!

By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had, ordered a product online for pickup, there were no details on how long it would take to be ready until after purchase. Turns out it's 4 days for 1 item that is in stock... I go to the Walmart location, I decide since I'm here ill just buy it and cancel my order. Can't cancel order in person, no option to cancel order online on android ios or pc. Use web chat customer service, I'm 60th in queue, wait 35 minutes to get a rep (Alyssa S-P), she says she's here to help, i explain I want to cancel order.. I get zero reply for 10 minutes. Then I get put back on queue with 39 people ahead of me again.. so then I call directly. After 20 minutes with the stupidest hold music that makes people want to rip their ears out I get through to an agent who tells me I have to wait until the order is ready at the store, then call the store and refuse to pick it up. And get a refund through the store. Like what? Who came up with this system? I work in customer service and this is by far the dumbest least efficient lack of basic logic system I've ever seen. I just want my $56 back.

Refused to price match. Price was $20 more than the price, even on their website, and wouldn't change the price. Never going back.

This store has a major restocking issue. The shelves are bare on most days. I have more itens in my kitchen walk-in pantry and cold storage than what they have. The purchasing person needs to be fired.

Walmart has moved the plus size clothes in with the regular sizes.This makes it much more difficult to shop for plus sizes. Frustrating.

Dont update any of there stock online, called to verify availability and checked online, drove 3 hours to find out its not there… Great services good job guys

There are wonderful staff working there however since putting in the self checkouts in they don't staff the cashes properly. It is really a shame that service declines because of automation. A year later and they still can't staff the cashes properly.
