I had a car alignment scheduled. I asked the receptionist if I could have a brief word with the mechanic prior to him starting work on my car. She said under normal conditions we don’t allow our clients to speak to the mechanic. I told her if that was the case, then I will take my business elsewhere,. She went into the garage to speak to the mechanic, and I could hear him yelling that he’s not entitled to speak to anybody about their car issues, that it was his right to refuse .Unbelievable and certainly not professional in anyway.

Terrible customer service. I called for information and talked to a rude woman. She didn't even let me finish a sentence and didn't care to help. She clearly doesn't have any skills to talk to a customer and no courtesy at all.

Great experience. Probably a bit more expensive than Canadian Tire, but in this case you do get what you pay for. Super easy, well scheduled, and no issues whatsoever.
