Update your store hours on the Napa website. My pre planned day wasted because your store is now closed on Saturdays but your website says it’s open 8-12. This along with the arrogant staff make me wonder if I will ever go back again.

Been going to this location for several years now,always seem to find the people working at the front desk very rude and disrespectful after 3-4 times this occurred,yesterday was the last time I will be going to this location had enough of this location and there rudeness will go somewhere else to buy my car parts from now on…

These guys go out of their way to help their customers! Had issues with my pressure washer and they spent hours troubleshooting and contacting the right people to solve the problem. On a separate occasion, I needed a specific product ASAP. Once again, they went out of their way to make sure I received the product in time. Awesome service!
