My wife and I have been going here since our move to ridgetown 2 years ago and we’ve had nothing but great experiences with service all around. We recommend them to everyone who needs car services. This morning as I was driving my daughter to the dentist in Ridgetown, I felt our car rattling.Shortly after dropping her off, I discovered I had a blown out tire which didn't respond to an air pump. The air pump was located right across the street from NAPA, so I went to talk to them about my issue.The team at NAPA helped me get back on the road quickly and for a happy price.Their mechanic was knowledgeable and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.A+ service on short notice saved our day.I couldn't say enough good things about the whole team at this location.

I am no longer getting parts from this store. I'll make the drive to London just to get better service. Jim, the store manager has been extremely rude whenever I call to order parts over the past couple months. Just this morning he told me the price for a bearing and hub assembly and asked if I was sure I needed that. I said yes and he hung up. I call back later to confirm they have it in stock because he didn't say if they did or not, and he replies no they don't have it in stock, and no he didn't order one in for me so I could pick it up this afternoon, it's past the cut off time now.
