After having such a horrendous and costly experience at the Mercedes dealership in Windsor, I was at a loss getting my hard top convertible hydraulics repaired
What drew me to Klippenstein Auto Service, were there outstanding reviews
As past Director of Sales for many years at the Lord Elgin Hotel in Ottawa, customer reviews we treated with great respect and always with a follow up
In todays day and age with social media in full play, reviews can make or break a business-hence when I saw all the 5 star reviews with Klippenstein, I just knew I had come to the right place
Then I had the pleasure of meeting Margaret, initially over the phone-then in person
Being the first and last person for whom you will be dealing with, trust me, you won’t be disappointed
Her calm demeanour, welcoming personality and outstanding knowledge of the business, puts one at immediate ease
After Robert the mechanic located my problem, Margaret then went over with me via video of exactly the issue
A copy of that video was then sent to my email for my observation
A few days later, Robert followed up with a phone call-going over the 3 options I had with final costs including tax
Margaret then got back to me to see if any decision had been made on my part-needless to say, a decision was made-my car is going in April 2nd for service
As if this wasn’t already an example of exemplary service, Margaret then informed me a loaner car if needed, would me made available-at no charge!!
What more is to be said…
I am so impressed with this state-of-the-art outfit
Margaret-as the front line manager, you truly are an asset to your company-can’t thank both you and Robert enough, for following up so diligently

Awesome experience! They took pictures and showed me the issues, quote was bang on, they gave me a loaner, they washed my kids-and-dogs-and-farm filthy truck!! Drives beautiful and proper. Would recommend to everyone I love

I see you guys already have almost exclusively 5 star reviews but I just had to drop a line to say thank you. Here's my story from this morning: I had drained the battery on my 2022 Super Duty King Ranch. In the boosting / start up sequence I had triggered a check engine light. I stopped in at the Ford dealership in Thamesville and they wanted $76 just to plug in their scan tool. So I went to see the Klippenstein guys, whom I already knew well, and they did me the favor of deleting my check engine light free of charge. Top notch service and great communication.

First time dealing with Klippenstein I needed a truck ASAP and they had what I needed fast turn around and always delivered the truck to the airport as I was coming from timmins very friendly and easy to deal with I will for sure be buying another truck from them in the future

We just purchased a 2016 Silverado from this dealership. The check engine light came on before our warranty expired , we got a hold of them and right away they had us bring back the vehicle , gave us a loaner and within an appropriate time they had fixed the issues (which was minor ). We are so happy with their services and the vehicle itself . They have been in the business for a good amount of time for a reason . Thank you .
