I never received my order. Followed up with them, only to find out they never had it in-stock, yet they charged me for the item and didn't notify me it wasn't available until I followed up with them. I reached out multiple times by phone and email, no one called me back. I finally got through to someone who said they would refund my order, it never happened. Two weeks passed and still nothing. Followed up again and again, no one has returned my call's. This place is a completely disorganized and unable to meet basic customer service requirements.

Update: I did manage to finally speak with someone, and a refund was issued. I believe they should not have sold a product that they didn't have in stock at the first place.

Like other have mentioned. Placed an order, my CC was charged. Product was never shipped.
I called them and they said it coming in stock soon. months have gone by and still nothing. If product was not in stock, why charge the CC.
Have been trying to call them and email them for weeks.
No one is answering the phones, or emails.

Similar to several other reviewers: placed an online order over three weeks ago, credit card was charged, and have received no update on shipping etc. Have emailed, filled out the online help form, left at message with someone at the Hillcrest store who said they would call back that day , and another on the voicemail system via their general customer service line but I have yet to receive a response.

I do not recommend ordering online from this company. I made an online purchase, credit card was charged and order confirmed, then nothing. After a week I contacted them to inquire about a shipping date and was informed the item has been discontinued. They offered an alternative which I was unsure about, they were happy to let me look into it and get back to them. I attempted to reach out through multiple calls and emails over the course of two months and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone or receive any kind of response. I've had to open a case through my credit card company to try to recoup my money.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago. 6 !!!! My credit card was charged. Still haven't receive it. I called and they said the product was out of stock and they would send me the equivalent they had in stock .. 4 weeks later .. still nothing ... I emailed .. no answer ! Please, do not order on Your Good Health !

If the woman that mostly works there pays more attention to customers waiting!! than chatting with her Persian friends that each time are there..I think will get this one star.. I rather next go where else than this hillcrestmall location.

Will happily go elsewhere in the future. Same issue as the person below. Ordered, my credit card was charged, 2 weeks in and nothing has shipped. I've emailed twice and called. Crickets.

I wouldn't even give this website a 1 star. I ordered supplements 4 weeks ago, was billed the same day and have yet to receive them. I have sent e-mails that have been left unanswered. I've called repeatedly and been told they will be sent out and never are. Am never given the option to be refunded because they cannot deliver. And they even try to sell me more merchandise when they haven't even delivered my initial purchase.
