Extremely rude and tried to scam us. We had purchased multiple toilets from them and noticed the invoiced item was not the same model name nor SKU as the one we requested. When we showed them the one we wanted on their own website, they said it was the same one just different names. We asked them for more clairifcation as both the toilet we wanted originally and the toilet given were both available on their website (different sku, different prices, different names), they refunded us and told us to never come back. Let this be a caution to anyone else who is considering this business.

The folks at York Taps are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of products for bathrooms makes this place a one-stop shop if you're doing a bathroom build or reno. I especially like their shower set selection, lots of choice and price points.
My last bathroom reno had some issues with the shower set I purchased there. After a couple of phone calls and a visit to the store they fixed the problem.

I was repairing an older leaky faucet and concluded the cartridge needed replacement. I googled retailers selling my faucet brand and York Taps was the nearest location. At the store they quickly found me a match, which was my first surprise. The next surprise blew me away. They said I could have it for free! I’m not saying expect freebies, but this tells me they prioritize great customer service.

I meant to write this earlier but I wanted to point out how incredibly kind and helpful the owner was to me. I was missing a key inset screw of a faucet which was not easily replaceable from local hardware stores. I visited York Taps and he immediately found a match and just gave it to me. Thank you very much. This is the kind of local business owner we should all be supporting.

Yorktaps is a good place if you're looking to replace faucets for kitchen and bathrooms or while on a renovation project. The website has a large selection of styles to view, while visiting the store the large array of display items is evident and the staff are helpful in helping to select the ideal set up for your home. We purchased a Rubi shower system based on their advice. Will do business again with them.
