Customer service is very poor at this WU location. The attendant was very unprofessional and rude to us. Before completing the transaction, we decided to leave and find another location with better service.

Today I went to western union located on 9580 Yonge street, unit 108 Richmond hill ON to send money. I provided my number to send money and then the agent asked me name and I provided my name to her. she claimed that my number is not registered with my name and also this number is registered under several different names. I was shocked and asked who has sent money with my phone number, but no proper answer or attitude. then another agent came and declared that she has found my name and made the transaction with sulky face. later I called the western Union customer service and inquired about this issue and they told me that the account is under my name and there is no issue with it. their attitude and accountability is under zero.
