Absolutely awful customer service and awful return policy’s. There website is extremely misleading and when you call you get a terrible attitude. Nowhere does it say strollers are final sale and nowhere does it say it needs to be in the original sealed packaging how can you check an online order for damage without opening I do not have X-ray Vision. Absolutely awful experience my wife has bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff for our children from west coast kids. But after the way she’s been treated today we will never spend another dime at your store or online. We will however tho be making a better business bureau complaint for misinformation on your return policy’s.

Very bad customer service. I went to buy a bassinet. They told me it's final sale and even if the goods are defective I have to follow up with the manufacturer directly. So bizarre. The one they had on the shop floor had a disfunctioning part. I suggested that I'll buy one but if I take it home and the same part malfunctions they agree to take it back, coz these are final days before the baby comes and I can't handle manufacturer communication. After ups and downs and manager should approve and is in the meeting, I heard a plain no, it's final sale. The worst part is that I checked online and both Canadian Tire and walmart are selling the same item 20 dollars cheaper. Will do my best to never buy anything there.

Every time I come to west coast kids wether it’s for a purchase or browsing and asking questions, my experience is always great and Franca goes above and beyond with the utmost knowledge, care, and kindness. Franca always has a smile on her face, which creates a warm and welcoming environment for myself and my family to shop in. 10/10 experience and would recommend anyone I know to go to west coast kids Richmondhill and ask for Franca!!

Great store, great options for products, but to close at 6pm most days of the week is just not going to work with almost anyone who works a normal work schedule... Please change your hours

Ordered a veer wagon and was promised delivery by the end of the month. It's now 3 weeks later, and still nothing. My wife called to inquire and was met with extremely unapologetic and uncaring customer service. Won't patronize again.

I recently visited West Coast Kids and had the pleasure of being assisted by Nassim. From the moment we arrived, Nassim was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions with patience and expertise. I highly recommend asking for Nassim if you're ever in the store!

I went in for a car seat after having a terrible experience at a different store, AJ in the baby seat area was beyond patient with me and explained everything between the 3 car seats I was interested in, he was so accommodating. We did end up choosing the car seat that day which was even conveniently on sale! While browsing around the store we had multiple staff make sure we didn’t need help which was so lovely.

Terrible customer service! Should have read the reviews.They do not actually price match. Their website says they do but they don’t , they try to find a million excuses for it. Item was not on clearance and it was free shipping from the other website.. just false advertisement on west coast for price matching

Terrible customer service, we got a crib from the richmond hill store and I have to say i did not like the shopping experience and will not consider shopping here anymore. The customer service reps make you feel they don’t really care, and most of them can’t help you with simple questions. You always have to wait for the busiest staff to answer your questions.When we tried to pick up our crib, we were told different ways by different staff, and they all seemed really impatient.

I’ve never left a negative review before but this place warrants it. I’ve bought almost all my baby items for both my kids here over the past three years but this place is terrible. I would shop somewhere else but there is nowhere else near me.My biggest issue is the staff. They are extremely slow and often (not always) rude. The checkout process always takes forever which can be frustrating when you’re there with your baby. For example I went to pickup an order today (one small item) and it took them 20 minutes to find my item.Another issue is at least three times now I’ve shown up at 10am on days when they say they open at that time and every one of those times they opened at least 5 minutes late. One of those times I was standing outside with other customers waiting in the rain for them to open.If you can get your items elsewhere do it.

Terrible customer service. The sales reps can't even be bothered to answer questions or do their job. My mom went to the Richmond Hill location to get a high chair which was showing in stock on the website. The sales rep said they didn't have it in stock. When asked if she can check which locations would have it in stock, she rudely told my mom to check on her phone for it and walked away. A similar thing happened with another rep who couldn't be bothered to even show where some specific baby onesies were. Why bother working in a customer service job if you can't even do the bare minimum?

This store is extremely unorganized, doesn’t stand by its products (once you take it off the lot it’s your headache if it’s missing pieces or damaged by no fault of your own) and some of the staff are completely rude - hanging up the phone on customers, giving out false information, causing additional headaches and generally unpleasant even when spending thousands of dollars in their store. This location is not worth the hassle, I regret ever buying from them. Go to the Bayview location, much better experience.
