“My car couldn’t start in the Costco parking lot after 6:00pm on Oct 19, a few of your employees Ehab, Joshua, Alex and Nick quickly came to my aid to find cable boost my vehicle. Ehab quickly drove his own car and help to boost mine. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. It’s clear that they embody the excellent customer service values that Costco is known for.

“This is a very clean warehouse pick-up location. It's a nice in between of the 2 IKEAs in Scarborough, the new STC location, and the one in North York. You can ship anything to this location, but obviously, it's the best option for getting furniture you can't get on site at the STC location. I've come here a few times and had an issue.”

“Good products at reasonable prices. Large bulk purcahse are available . You need to have costco memenrship to shop here for everything other than pharmacy items. Also, you can have a quick bite on unhealthy takeout like poutine, pizza, fried chicken, and ice cream.This location doesn't have gas station to fuel your vehicles.”

“Great stuff if you know where to find it. There’s plenty of toys, furniture, and water coolers to keep you busy looking. It felt like I was at the casino. This is a returns/consignment store where the big boys sell damaged goods, returns, and nearly expired food. There’s 80% off some great items that’d go for a firm buck fifty elsewhere. My expired cereal and Ethernet cable have all been great. Only faulty product I’ve got is a TV antenna but I’m blaming it on the manufacturer.”
