I just went to this store to buy booths. The two women who work there are very angry and rude especially the one who is older. They are disrespectful and have no idea about what customer service is. I went there with the intention to buy and found something that fit me and I liked but decided not to buy from them. Oh my, when you do not purchase anything they take their rudeness to another level!!!! Do NOT recommend this store at all.To the store owner: you need to train these two women on customer service.

Irresponsible, disrespectful and unprofessional customer service. I bought a pair of shoes online, returned them to the store and being told that they don’t accept return for online products. It cost me $20 to return it by post and they don’t even provide a free return tag. I sent an email to their customer service and express my frustration in a constructive manner, not even a single response to my email!

Purchased a great pair of New Balance running shoes and the staff was very helpful. The only downside was that a $200 pair of running shoes came with laces that were too short. Had to buy longer laces at Walmart. Thank you, Walmart. Shame on you, New Balance.

Excellent customer service by Andrew, he is so accommodating and great to deal with. I would highly recommend this location and the quality and selection of product is fabulous.
