When we walked in, on the right it was filled with fun looking games on, a cozy and fun restaurant on the left, and further in the lanes, bar, a VIP section, and a mini golf area. It was clean, well lit, with a fun vibe, well kept all around, everything looked brand new, and friendly staff. Loved the experience and will be back!”

“We had the BEST experience hosting our venue at Brighton Convention Centre. Sen and the BCC team did everything in their power to make our special day one to remember – and they definitely delivered!From meeting with us on our schedule countless times, pouring over every detail with us (food, décor, seating arrangements, event logistics and much more), giving us advice and vendor suggestions, Sen quickly became our go-to guy for our wedding planning.The result – our wedding went off without a hitch and people are still talking about it (more than 3 months later)! The décor was everything that we wanted – simple and elegant. Without us even knowing exactly what we wanted, Sen and his team pulled together a unique stage décor setup that was absolutely perfect. The event logistics were flawless – we didn’t have a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator, but the BCC team worked with our point-person to make sure everything was taken care of.And the food – as our wedding had a mix of cultures, we were a little hesitant about how the food would go over with all of our guests. But Sen personally assured us that his West Indian menu was top notch and that he would be able to accommodate something for our wide-array of guests. He absolutely delivered – so much so that our families are trying to think of what event we can host at BCC next just so that we can have more of the food!Needless to say, don’t underestimate this venue as just another banquet hall – the team (and Sen specifically) is amazing and treats you like family, they are personally invested in making sure your special day meets every expectation. “We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The place is spotless and very well-maintained, with excellent staff and top-notch service.

A special mention goes to the restaurant—it’s an incredibly clean and inviting space with delicious food. We were especially impressed by Situm, one of the restaurant stewards, who was exceptionally kind and provided outstanding service.

We highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant to anyone looking for a great experience!”

“Very beautiful venue! My friend had her henna night here. She had a tent set up in the back with beautiful twinkle lights. The indoor space was used for food, the bar, and transition time between events. The indoor space was gorgeous. I love the wooden structures; it was very cottagecore with style.”

“Nice bowling alley, clean as a bowling alley can be. Lanes are well kept, bowling balls as well.

The digital score boards with the different games you can play makes it fun for the kids.

The rail system is nice too for kids who are just learning.

“Totally awesome! Loved the place. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the location couldn't be better. Stayed for 3x Nights recently and didn't want to leave. Rooms are large and spacious and have a very open feeling to them with plenty of natural light. They have a massive 55" TV on the wall, directly in front of the bed so easy to see. The Kids loved it as well! They are also dog friendly! Totally cool!”

“A big shout-out to Miele for their over the top service. I have a 2 year old CM6160 expresso machine which I was experiencing difficulties making proper coffees. My wife and I brought the machine into the Miele Headquarters in Vaughan ON for servicing and was told by the Store Manager (Mr. Mario Mijavevic) that they do not perform service at this location. Mario then inquired with us as to what the issues were with the machine. After our explanation, he stated “it sounds like the machine settings need to be adjusted” and offered to allow him to set it up and test it in their show room to make sure before we send it out too a service technician. It quickly became apparent to me from Mario’s review of the machine settings that I could have followed the owners manual for the detailed settings instructions. Mario, at no time made me feel foolish for not following the manual but instead was very understanding and demonstrated how the numerous setting sequences can be confusing when not using them regularly and how other family users unfamiliar with the machine can unknowingly change settings when pushing various buttons in succession. Thank you Mario for taking an hour out of your day to help me set up my coffee maker and be able to take it home again and avoid what would likely would have amounted to not having our coffee maker for a period of time, but also paying for unnecessary service charges had we brought it elsewhere. You’ve made my wife and I loyal Miele customers.
