I picked up my Bronco Raptor from Twin Hill Ford Lincoln last month, and while I’m happy with the vehicle itself, the buying experience was far from ideal. The sales representative, Luke, held onto my certified cheque for five business days, which caused an unnecessary delay in getting my car. Communication throughout the process was unclear and frustrating. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to friends or family. The car is great, but the service needs improvement.

Took the car in to have an inside bumper put on the driver's side. When we went leave they had messed up the drivers door. Don't go there they don't know what they are doing. Stay away.

Stopped in to check out a Maverick and had a very good experience. Luke was great! No pressure, no sleazy sales tactics just easy going and a pleasure to talk to. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain all the details of the vehicle.

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was on their cell phones. No one stopped what they were doing in the showroom until we went to the front desk and had to ask for help. The salesman on his cell phone in the seating area was the one the kid had to ask to help us. Customer service should always start at the front.

Terrible service ?
Had a nearly new Bronco in that was having issues and there was a active recall that was put out. Took the Bronco in for a oil change and to have the recall taken care of. After leaving after the service the vehicle began to shutter and wouldn't go past 40 km. I brought it back and was told that they can't look at it and it would be a week to have it seen. They were not willing to provide a loaner vehicle or a rental or any assistance.
I (crawled) my Bronco to the next closest Ford dealer. They looked right at my Bronco and determined it was the recall thats was never taken care of or even looked at the vehicle computer system was just reset....they stated they didn't have the part but they let me leave my Bronco with the. and provided me a loaner car for the mean time. Two days later had my Bronco back and no issues (Shout out the Ford dealer in Aurora!!!!)
