Make sure you only ordered what they have in mobile order, because you would not get a refund from them. And they will even tell you “you shouldn’t order any item we don’t have” but they have no idea how to fix their mobile order menu.

I ordered a small Iced Capp but was surprised by the fact that it was filled less than it should. I voiced my concern to the person who handed it to me and she added a little more to bring it to a level which is expected every time I order this drink. This is when the person working behind the cash told me that they only fill it to a certain point which is interesting since every other location offers the proper amount. I then told her about how this is not the case with other locations and she said that they will not fill it more next time. I am afraid there will not be a next time if I have to pay the same amount for less product.

Horrible service. I came to get a medium iced capp and an earl grey and I was greeted with disappointment. First things first, they tell me they can not make a medium iced capp because they ran out of medium cups... okay I say, can I get a medium but in a LARGE cup... "no you can't" in a snarky tone. Fine, I got a small one. Then I asked for my earl grey with an extra tea bag and the lady had trouble putting it into the system. SO INSTEAD she put in another item which was easier to put in and was MORE expensive. When I told her I wouldn't be paying for that she just looked at me like I was an idiot. In the end, she made my order wrong. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed as I've been coming to this Tim Hortons for a while but needless to say I am not coming anymore

Smell is horrible, like it’s located inside dirty public washroom. Not clean facility. Hospital cannot afford to have such anti sanitary place on its premises!

I asked for a coffee with two sweeteners. They didn't stir it up, so initially, I thought they forgot to add the sweeteners, and I was far, so I didn't get back. But when I drank half of the cup, it started to taste more and more sweet. I couldn't finish my coffee because of the extreme sweetness.

The hours for this location is 7:30 to 13:30. There is limited seating and no tables. Limited menu due to the size of the Tims i.e. no soups, limited beverages and very small selection of baked goods. The customer service was very fast but cashier lacked any personal skills and was unfriendly. The employee who made my coffee at least smiled and told me to have a good day.
