Really grateful to Keith for going above and beyond to quickly get programs for my grandma's funeral printed for us! We didn't give a ton of notice, but the turnaround time was really quick and it was a great price compared to Staples printing. Highly recommend them for your printing needs!

Extremely unprofessional. Zero customer service.Owner refused to scan in items. I was literally told to scan my packages in myself. When I asked them to show me which barcode to scan (there are 3 on the labels) he reluctantly got up to assist (after asking him 3 times).When I asked for my receipt. He told me to fill out a paper slip with my tracking number. Gold star for this owner. What a shame. No idea what they’re doing.First time and last at this location. I feel sorry for the businesses in the area that are stuck using this poor excuse of a UPS franchise.Owner was correct about only one thing. When I told them that other UPS locations do not do the same. He said all stores are different. THANK GOD FOR THAT!Take the extra 5 mins and visit a location that values your time and business.

SUCKS PLACE EVER!! There is an asian lady with short hair speaks Cantonese works at front desk gives customer attitude. AND BE AWARED of hidden consumption of this location because you need to pay for the packaging tape! DO NOT go to this store if you don't want screw up your day!! SUCKS UPS STORE EVER

My recent experience at THE UPS STORE 29 was unfortunately marred by the unprofessional behavior of the employees. Despite the value of my package exceeding $1500, the staff's refusal to provide a receipt was both surprising and disappointing.What stood out even more was the lack of basic courtesy, as my greetings went unanswered. The disregard for customer service left a negative impression, overshadowing the convenience typically associated with such establishments.I hope that THE UPS STORE 29 addresses these issues promptly, as a welcoming and respectful atmosphere is crucial for a positive customer experience, regardless of the nature or value of the transaction.

Worst service. Don't go here. The attendant seems to hate her job. The store was EMPTY and she didn't even look up to help me. Just like everyone else who gave a one star review, she didn't acknowledge me standing there waiting for her to help even though I was right in front of her, I don't care if the tracking is on the shipping slip, GIVE A RECEIPT. Stop making excuses for your actions (as we can see in your review replies). Nobody is forcing you to work there.

Worst customer service i have ever seen. I placed an order, the package was picked-up to be delivered on Thursday. the package got returned on Thursday as the driver went to wrong address, this happened again on the same day. On Friday, they were supposed to send it to the right address, but they did it wrong again, and the delivery got returned. i had to call more than 5 times talking to everyone even the management to resolve this, and they still could not help.they made me look bad in front of my clients.Conclusion, DO NOT USE UPS. this is the worst courier that you will ever see.I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, AND I SUGGEST YOU TO USE ANY ALTERNATIVE. I AM SURE IT WOULD BE BETTER THAN GOING IN THIS HUSTLE.i would love to put less than 1 Star. Unfortunately, that is the lowest score in google.

I went to this location to ship a laptop and accessories, according to the receipt that came with the prepaid labels, UPS was supposed to sign two copies of the receipt, customer keep one copy. This is to show UPS had received my packages. The clerk was so unprofessional, showing no interests to help. She kept saying she would not sign anything as I was the one sending the shipment. I asked if she could scan the packages and gave me a receipt, she told me to do it myself, once I was done, she printed a receipt for me. She then told me to leave my packages on the pile in the corner. She should not be working in the service industry, I would never go back to this location again.

0 STARS! I just went to this location to drop off a package from my company. I chose this location because it was the nearest. The experience started before even walked in the door as we were about to enter one of the employees or maybe the owner, who knows, came out of the store swearing and yelling at someone... After being ignored for a couple of minutes we finally spoke up and asked for help, then a female employee answered a few basic questions but it was really not much help. Once the other gentleman entered the store again we didn't receive any help even though we were the only ppl in the store. We were told that if we need help call the 1800 number. This is supposed to be The UPS Store and I have never had any experience like this before in another UPS and tell you that it is a serf-serve store the if you need help call the UPS number while you are in the store.UPS should definitely remove their name from this store as it gives a terrible reputation. If this would have been my first experience in UPS and thinking that this was how they operate it, I would never use their service again but I do know that not all The UPS Stores are like this. -10 out of 5 for this location.Avoid the headache and go to a different location even if you need just to drop off a package.PS: the UPS driver was very helpful and polite... His demeanour was different around this staff, you could tell that he wasn't comfortable loading/unloading at this location... But now, it makes complete sense to me because of how terrible is this The UPS Store.

Complete disaster location. I walk through the doors and said excuse me to the guy in the back . There's dead silence in the store and the guy continues to look forward at his computer. So I say excuse me a couple more times until he finally turns his head, picks up his phone, points to it, raises his eyebrows and says he's on the phone, then proceeds to turn back around to stare at his computer. If you're not meant to be a retail location, why bother opening your doors? Pretty sure you get paid for any items dropped off, so don't act like the world owes you something.

One of the weirdest locations I’ve ever dropped off my Amazon return to. Really hope and pray my shipment gets returned. Was directed to just throw my box to a bunch of other shipments without getting a paper receipt. No one acknowledges your presence upon entering.

This is an odd UPS store. I've actually never seen a UPS store where you just throw things off into the corner with the rest of the returns. There wasn't really any customer service to complain about because there wasn't any. They just point you to the pile.The main positive about the stores was parking.
