A very cluttered and messy store. Not sure if all UPS stores are like this, but Canada Post and Purolators places were tidy.

Went to drop off for return. No help from the staff and poor instruction from the staffThe ups truck driver helped me for the return instead

I thought my experience was singular; however, reading the reviews, I see that the gong show was not reserved just for me...nightmare of a store....
