We just purchased a fridge and a dishwasher from Gilda from Richmond Hill a few weeks ago and we're very happy with our dicision. From the start talking to Gilda explained what we wanted and she was so wonderful and understood what we need and showed us 2 fridges both looked great and exactly what we want & need. She took the time to show us the dishwasher/ range if later on we needed to go with the fridge. Didn't we also buy a dishwasher as well since we upgraded the fridge already lol. For sure will go back for the range when time is right.
If all sale agents could be as knowledgable and understanding like Gilda,for us customers will be a lot less stressed in finding a perfect appliances for our home and most importantly no need to go around different stores to shop.
Delivery was amazing they were professional,clean and fast beyound my expectation.
Thank you deffinitely will be back to shop again !

One star seemed unfair as we never actually got to experience any kind of service. Went in on a Tuesday, 4 people working and all 4 were on the phone, not even a wave and a "sorry just let me take this" just left us there for half an hour. And the topper on this terrible cake is the fact that someone else walked in 15 minutes after us but still got greeted before us and asked what she wanted.
Well, now we'll never get to experience their so-called friendly customer service I guess since we've decided to take our business elsewhere. ??♀️
