Sure Print & Design offers fast, affordable, high quality service. I love their online tool for getting an instant quote and their rates are the best I've been quoted. They are responsive and work with deadlines (they offer rush printing for a fee and it has been so helpful for last minute deadlines that come up). I have been consistently impressed with the quality of the books they have printed and the ease of the entire process. They are my go-to for book and booklet printing needs!

Wow! First time having a 'book' printed and Sure Print was awesome! I did my 'book' on a tight budget and it was very affordable. Exactly as promised, they were helpful, patient, informative and really a pleasure to deal with, esp. Emily on the chat and Catherine, the Graphic Specialist. Made everything quick, concise and easy. The finished product was top-notch. Any issues were my own! Hope to do this again soon. It was very exciting. No second guesses here, you've come to the right place.

Sure Print did a great job with my very low-volume print of my memoir. Everyone is very impressed with the quality of the book, including the coloured photographs.Sure Print made a cover based on my draft, guided me on paper selection and advised on tweaks like placement of page numbers.I loved the chat feature on the website and their responsiveness over email because I had many questions for my first-ever book printing. And I enjoyed the online cost calculator so I could mull over options.Thank you!! I’ll be back if I need more copies (or come up with a second edition).

My first time using Sure Print & Design. They did a great job on my book, at the best price I could find. Customer service was great too. Catherine noticed an issue with my book cover and explained how I could fix it, but also offered to do it for me if I needed. All in all, I recommend Sure Print & Design to anyone looking to have their books prints. Everything was just as I had hoped it would be. Perfect!I am not the best photographer, but have included a picture of the book just to show for interest sake.

I am a first time publisher. Sure print and design @sureprintanddesign led me through the process of going from raw images to an attractive professionally bound paperback for my book of photos called The Little Book of Kat the Midget. They have an online set of instructions that you can use as a guide for setting up your files. That is very helpful. They seemed pretty patient in answering some additional questions I had as well. Overall it was a good and positive experience. And I was very happy the end result turned out as good as it did.

I just used their service for the first time. I printed a book with lots of pictures.Not only the prints look great, but they managed to meet the tight deadline i required, and the price was unmatched by any competitor.Oh, and their customer service was outstanding. They flagged an error in one of my deliveries and grandly helped me to fix it so i would get the best result.100% recommend. Thank you!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I would just like to help self-published authors navigate the tricky world of publishing. I was cold called for a second time by this company, which prompted me to leave this review. I am giving a one star rating based on poor communication/product awareness which resulted in me losing money and more valuably, time. I highly recommend using one of the other printing houses available in the Toronto area. (In response to your comment: ABSOLUTELY NOT MISTAKING you with another printer - I have the emails from your customer service rep and several phone calls. I did not print with you in the end because of the misrepresentation before hand, so obviously you have no record of my printing. To respond to reviews in such a way, further proves your lack of professionalism and your inability to be accountable for your faults. Precisely what happened in the lead up to printing my book. As mentioned previously, I can only hope people don't face the same issues I did with Sure Print).
