Worse store in the Richmond mill.
Few things I highlight why you should visit here
- staff is not nice and cooperative.
- buys not available after 4 pm and no info for the first time visit.
- vibe of the store is dead.
- misguiding information.
- person didn’t analysis the clothes properly.
- she checked all 8 items in 5 minutes.
So , don’t make a mistake visiting them. I drove for 30 minutes to this store and wasted time.

Always had amazing interactions! You can buy the most gorgeous things here and it's great for the environment to rehome your treasures by selling and buying here! ? I'm fairly certain what I'm wearing in this photoshoot I bought at this location! But all of their locations are so great! (Except Markham and Aurora) but everywhere else I've been has been awesome!

The staff told me they stopped buying for today but just took something from another customer who is here after me, when I asked her she gave me a really bad attitude. ???

Today I had 2 tubs full of clothes (diesel and Calvin klien jeans..worn approx 2x...wouldn't accept the Calvin jeans because it had a little thread showing) and 8 pairs of jeans..... italian black pants (I wore to work and dryed cleaned)....my friend submitted 8 pairs of jeans she basically lived in and they offered $....they only took from me one grey pullover that I bought for $5 and they offered me $1.50. This shows that these people know nothing about clothes.....only how they can rip you off. Such a waste of time....but at least salvation army will benefit.....I told them they can keep the old grey pullover and the $1.50....go buy a coffee. I notice they offer a cheap price and turn around and sell the item 3 or 4 times from what they gave you. It feels like they really didn't go through the tubs....the stuff they're selling don't look that great....

2 stars because of the shoulder length Chinese lady with blonde highlights who was cold, and lacks basic customer service professionalism. I am fine waiting 2 hours for the clothes to be checked and I am fine if she doesn’t want to accept any items. It appears that she didn’t even check what’s in my bag, and when I asked why nothing was accepted, she flatly said and I quote “the clothes are dirty” with a blank look. My items are in better condition than 80% of the stuff on the rack. I’ve had great experiences here previously, but her attitude was shocking. Is her intention to make the customer feel uncomfortable and humiliated?
On the other hand, the male manager is very kind, and actually tries to help. I think the store will do well if this lady was let go.

Went early today, totally disappointed with the costumer service , so rude they should hire other people , they told me that they were not accepting clothes anymore for the day I travelled 2 hrs because is the nearest store and for them at least to let people know that

I have been to this store a few times now since they opened. I was there yesterday evening and I had the pleasure of being greeted by a girl named Mia. Very sweet, polite and respectful young girl. She was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction for what I was looking for. She was able to answer any questions I had very easily. She cashed me out promptly and folded everything neatly. THIS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE IMMEDIATELY! The store is well maintained, clean, organized, and always has parking availability close by.
I had a great expierence and will definitely be back! Thanks Style Encore And Thank You Mia! :)

I've seen and heard about this place from some of my friends and came in to drop off some clothing items! Wow, I have to say this place is such a great environment, the manager (nice Asian guy) was working behind the counter and seemed very professional and kind to customers, staff were consistent with their responses and managed to get through the heaps of buys in a timely manner! Upon checking in I was advised that some items may not be taken due to size, trend, and stock availability in the back. With that in mind, I was browsing through their clothing racks and found an amazing selection filled with Aritzia, Maje, and other niche designers in excellent condition for a fraction of the cost! Utterly blown away, I was alerted my buy was complete and I managed to save some tax by doing a "trade-in" for my items and still managed to get an amazing pay for my pre-loved clothes. The only thing was they didn't accept fairly high heels or any clothing that are showing consistent wear (like pilling). other than that, service and attitude were great and the manager was so nice! Love this place and highly recommend going with friends and family for great pieces!! 10/10

The customer service attitude of the short-haired woman is terrible. I came to the store to sell some clothes. When they asked for my phone number, I answered slowly, but they kept asking for it. The worst thing is that they returned the items I put up for sale without even looking at them. How can they be so rude? I'm leaving this comment so that others don't have the same experience. I will never go there again.

The five star is JUST for the Chinese girl staff, who is very patient. If u want to sell something I would rather recommend you to donate them. They buy recycled clothes for only a few dollars while sell them at several times more expensive. Never seen this profiteer before.

Twice I have gone to sell and checked Instagram first to see that they were open and buying. Twice I’ve gone and have been told they’re not buying anymore that day. The only notice has been a note on the door. Not sure the purpose of a social media account if it won’t be updated to avoid this, as I’m sure it happens more often than just the two times it happened to me

Very disappointing experience as a buying customer. Was planning to buy a lot of things but decided to put everything back because I felt that I should not support a store where the staff are rude and selective to be courteous to certain clients. A busy Sunday afternoon and the store was quite busy but the staff behind the counter along with floor staff were gossiping about clients who just left and about other coworkers. Very unprofessional to have such discussions in front of other customers. A staff - Asian young girl ( not sure if her name was Serena) was all smiles and full of compliments to other Asian people dropping off their items but was rude when she was dealing with other nationalities . I’m of Asian decent as well but had noticed this because of the obvious ways she talked to the customers . If the staff feel overworked and understaffed then it is time to take it up with management so that they can deliver better customer service . It is important to stress out the “ customer service” is key to have repeat customers or to allure new customers. Professionalism is also a trait that should be adhered to and to hold personal comments amongst themselves privately and not in front of customers . With such an experience I would not recommend nor advertise for people to sell or buy items from this location .
