I thought I had a new mechanic shop. Please explain the true reason why someone can't order their own parts after meticulous research and pay a ridiculous absurd labour fees for service. My guess is to further gauge on outrageous markups on very cheap low quality parts.
And $200+ for an oil change on a Audi A4? Competitive? Come on let's get serious.

Please, I buy that specific oil and filter for $60 at worst and change it myself. And I don't want to hear what the dealership charges. Idiots and morons go to the dealership.
I'm sorry for the bad review but the point I'm trying to make is, in today's world, life has gotten a little out of hand, a little too expensive and way too greedy.
Don't be that guy.
All I wanted was top quality parts without paying a 300% markup. Not junk three times the price. I know you need to make money too but gauging hard working people barely getting by today is not very compassionate. I know it's not your problem. I know you'll be just fine. People will still come in and get gauged It's just the world we live in today. Too bad my family mechanic is no longer with us. A time where men were real men.
To your response. It wasn't oil that I wanted to bring in. It was slotted and cross drilled rotors. You wanted to throw my brand spanking new brake pads in the garbage and replace everything with your brakes and rotors. Bring in my own very high end rotors that goes with the brakes. Doesn't seem to be a very odd request. So yes you get zero stars if I could.

Very competitive pricing, fast scheduling to get my new Kumho tires installed. Absolutely no up selling on things I don’t need like some other places I got pricing from. Will definitely use them for all my maintenance going forward! Great job to all!

i’m visiting from new jersey and i had gotten this screw with this metal plate punctured into my wheel. they fixed it well and quick. they were busy but they were super understanding because we did have to get back in a couple days by car.
