Awful experience here. I called prior to driving an hour to this location to exchange a pair of sandals I bought two weeks ago and when I got there, they told me I couldn’t exchange them. I waited a very long time while they tried to call customer service and a manager was unavailable. I will never return to this store again.

Bought Ugg Tazz for over $185.00 at the Hillcrest Mall site. Didn’t support well, though it is a nice slipper. Attempted to return item for refund within a week of purchase. Systems were down. Manager was unavailable and inaccessible. Refund took two visits and a couple of hours of waiting. Will avoid this store in the future.

Outstanding service from Gana today (09-28). She helped to proficiently process return. And then patiently work with us to try on the shoes even when the size is not available. She helped order it online, which gets shipped directly to my home.

I bought this shoes on Dec 2,2023, and I rarely wear that because the left shoe is uncomfortable and I just thought maybe my foots’ size have a little bit different or what ever(I just wear that two times), until today, I remove the label which cover the size information of the right shoe and found two shoes’ sizes are different. How can you guys make this kind of mistake？？？not everyone would check if two shoes have same size after they back to home, it’s your guy’s responsibility

I went into the store and was very disappointed. There was only one person working on a Sunday afternoon, and a lineup to purchase. Since shoes are not on display, I had no way of finding out if they even had my size! Very challenging.

The manager over there has some attitude issues that need to be fixed and is plain rude. She looks at you as if you are below her which is absurd.Please be kind to your customers and people who come in to seek employment.

Had a horrible experience here, I think the managers name was diarrhoea and her customer service was horrible. Should also consider buying a deodorant.
