Awful experience here. I called prior to driving an hour to this location to exchange a pair of sandals I bought two weeks ago and when I got there, they told me I couldn’t exchange them. Bought Ugg Tazz for over $185.00 at the Hillcrest Mall site. Didn’t support well, though it is a nice slipper. Attempted to return item for refund within a week of purchase. Systems were down.
