After years of purchasing pillows from Furniture Big Boxes, my wife and I decided to invest in higher quality pillows. With a budget of $250-$300, which fall in line with many of Sleep Country offerings, I would have expected helpful associates. What we got instead was someone that seemed terribly inconvenienced that we were in the store (We were also the only one’s). When it came time to taking some pillows for a test spin, again, the annoyance was so apparent and there eas absolutely no desire to answer our questions. Very awkward. 2 other couples proceeded to walk in and weren’t even greeted. They had also left. I will not be returning to this store. We may decide on another location but also found a compatible pillow at a new chain called “Rooms + Spaces” - We’ll see…

We are at the final stage of building our cottage and we purchased 6 mattress and frames from Reza. Reza was very patient, knowledgeable and understood our timeline for delivery. His help was very much needed and appreciated. Thank you Reza, Unfortunately the product wasn't what was shown in the showroom and customer service will not replace the headboard because it is a cosmetic defeat "their words" ) 0 stars for their customer service, offered me $150. for my inconvenience NO Thanks!! first photo is my headboard 2nd photo is the showroom headboard

After shopping around a lot with other stores we visited this store and could make decision at the very first visit. I purchased 2 mattress sets today. I had Sam help me to choose the right ones. He’s very knowledgeable and very resourceful. Very patient and a very good listener.Thank you Sam!

I experienced terrible customer service at the Hillcrest mall location today. I asked the customer service rep about the difference between two firm mattresses he was showing me. When i asked for more details on the foam mattress he told me to go online! Lol. Really? I needed two mattresses and he blew both sales with his lazy response. The store was empty, by the way- crickets. Guess he had something more important he was looking up on his computer...

Had a great experience at this location, we weren’t sure what type of bed to buy, but sales rep helped us to narrow down to memory foam sealy and a couple of cooling pillows! The best sleep I ever had ?? Highly recommend

Terrible customer service! And I’m very disappointed that they can’t refund even though it’s brand new and never used. The mattresses here are overpriced. My advice would be is not to buy mattresses here because u won’t be able to get refund. Plus the workers go to the back and don’t do their jobs properly instead of helping other customers out.
