Exchange policy is horrible. I purchased a mattress and found it was too soft. I wanted to exchange it immediatley to avoid any back problems. I went back to the store and they told me that the policy is to use it for 3 weeks so the mattress could adjust. Totally ignorant answer, how is the mattress going to get firmer. I can understand if the mattress was too firm. I wanted to buy a more expensive mattress that was firmer but the sales lady said that was policy. Total brainless as she could not see the absurdity to this policy by making me wait 3 weeks. So I went to another Sleep Country store downtown Toronto. This sales lady totally understood the problem and gladly agreed to exchange my mattress for a pricier one. The Elgin Mills sales associate has no sense to when to bend the policy. Stay away from this store and go elsewhere. Otherwise, the second mattress is fine. This is the only reason one star for this store.

Great experience purchasing our mattress from the Richmond Hill location. Our sales rep name was DC, and he was very informative and knowledgeable about the type of mattress that best suited our needs. He was very patient and spent nearly 1.5 hr with us as we tested out the various options. Ultimately we feel very confident we made the right choice on mattress selection. During the entire process DC was very honest and provided full transparency on the costs, etc... there were no surprises at the end when paying for the invoice. Thanks again DC for your patience and expertise. Highly recommend going to this location.

Sleep Country boasts an impressive mattress selection, and our visit on Boxing Day uncovered fantastic deals. In the midst of exploring options, Lilian stood out with her expert guidance, making our decision-making process much smoother. The combination of a wide variety of mattresses and Lilian's assistance made our experience highly enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Beware. We bought a new mattress from them that was supposed to be $2400. On the invoice, Mohammed put the mattress at $2000.00 and added $200 on each of the pillows. I questioned him why he was putting a price on the free pillows. He said he has to show value. We got the mattress and decided we didn't like it, so we went back to the store and picked up a new mattress. We were surprised first of all that their was a $65.00 exchange fee, which we were not told. Then I was told it would be another $800 for the exchanged mattress. But they dropped it down to $637.00. I questioned it and was told I only paid $2000 because that's what Mohammed put it as , but I actually paid $2400 for the mattress. The $400 should be part of the $2000.00. They said the pillow had value on it, and they were not part of the mattress price. So they ripped me off by putting value on the free pillows and dropping the mattress down to $2000. We got the mattress delivered, and the guys rushed so fast that going up the banister, the one guy used his left hand to reef on it and the other hand to hold the new mattress, thought my Bannister was going to break. When leaving with the old one, my wife stood out of the way. They hit the ladder shelf we had on the other wall with the corner of the returned mattress going down, bending the mattress around the banister, and everything fell on my wife. Luckily, she caught it with her hand just as it was going to hit her in the head. The guys didn't even apologize. All they wanted was to have me sign the papers and leave. I called head office and complained. I got a call back from distribution and was told they were only interested in the delivery, not the Incidents that happened. 2 days later, my salesman called me and said Sleep Country wanted to give me a $200 gift card. I told Sacha what happened, and he said he wasn't told that everything had fallen on to my wife. I told him I put in a complaint with the head office. I told him I wanted my cash back, not a gift card. He said he would call the head office back and get back to me. That hasn't happened yet.

I had a very pleasant experience at Sleep Country especially services provided by Mohammed Islam. He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of him services I will visit the store again.

I recently have had a very very unpleasant experience with Sleep Country. Customer Service at Sleep Country likes to leave customers hanging. I requested a replacement due to a manufacturers defect when I opened the new mattress. The mattress that I had was not available anymore, so they replaced another mattress. I asked three times if the replacement mattress is from the same series and three times I was told it is and that this mattress is so new that I am one of the first to receive it. However when I received it, it was not from the same series I asked for and also not a new released mattress at all. I emailed them and they said if I am not happy about the replacement, go to the store to deal with it myself. I complained again and they said someone will contact me regarding the return and refund, but it's been over a week and no one has contacted me. I emailed customer service again and no one replied. I will not purchase from Sleep Country again.

Sale team is great, customer service at the back and the delivery is horrible. They won't tell you any policies until you break it, they only tell you to pay for the redelivery fee after you reschedule. You don't know when they will coming until the morning they deliver, You have to wait for 3 hour straight for them to deliver, they will go if you not here. And will ask you to reschedule And pay another fee again, what a joke. Delivery guy super disrespectful, I did apologize being late and I'll be there in 15min and the 3 hour window still have plenty of time to get things done Cuz I just have a mattress and a box underneath, then said to me if I'm not here He's gone, this is our "policy " well, learning the policy on spot. Wow, okay boss. I'm a clown? Paying the bills and get bullied. And pay another redeliver fee.???

This store is an absolute joke. The cheapest mattress protector they sell (which is horrible quality and you can get elsewhere for $10) is for over $100. This store needs to close down and stop trying to scam customers with their outrageous prices…
