I’m a senior. I brought my car to the shop and was told by Vlad it would be repaired in one day. It turned out that the car wasn’t repaired because there’s more than 2 to 3 cars at the time inside and only one person attending to the cars Vlad himself. I picked up my car 2 days later and paid $900 only to know that the issue wasn’t fixed at all. The leaking of oil and antifreeze coolant continued. I came back to the garage, explained to Vlad. He told me to leave the car again for him to look at it. When i came to pick up the car his wife who is Vita who was extremely rude asked me to pay more money. I explained to her that I was paid and repairs were not done. The car was still leaking, so Vlad came out and said I didn’t have to pay again so I left. To this day the car is still leaking and nothing has been repaired but $900 was paid. I called Vlad again and he hang up on me. This is how they treat the customers especially seniors. I would like to know how any quality work can be done if there’s only one person fixing all the cars and at the time there’s 2 to 3 cars that he looks after at the same time if your car was not repaired and you brought it back for the repair you should be a priority to have it done so as a senior, I wasted time sitting there almost 10 Hours because they said I should come by 12 noon when the car was not even looked at to begin with. His wife Vita is a bully she was so rude and very hungry for money. She keeps chasing to pay for things that were not repaired or looked at. Shame how they treat people.

I had breaks issue which is inconvenience and safety concern, so shop did their best to find spot asap. All perfectly fixed, clear estimates and fair pricing, real professionals. No way I’m taking my vehicles anywhere else, Simply The Best is simply the best.
