The carwash was broken and pulled my car through the wash extremely fast. No water or soap came out. I was going so fast to the point that the safety features on my car were beeping and at one point, the brake slammed on. My car never even got washed. When I reported this to the employee, Ramesh, he yelled at me in front of all the customers claiming it was my fault. He proceeded to deny that there was anything wrong with HIS car wash and refused to give me a refund. I reported this to Shell customer service, and they did nothing about it. If I could give zero stars I would. I will not be going to any Shell gas stations again!

Took my car to get it washed the car wash late last night, I paid for the ultimate was $18.99. it didn't even wash the back door. the manager wouldn't even look at the way the car was washed. I told him he should check the wash and the answer I got he washes his car every day, and he has no issues. He first refused to redo the wash and then come back tomorrow, only if I had my receipt. Customer service is not.

Pre-pay gas station service has dropped to zero. i had to go to the cashier twice and stand in line twice. and at the very end, I waited for more than 10 minutes they gave me change

Crappy Ultimate car wash ! Missed the back and underneath of my SUV. Wouldn't refund my money but told me to go do it again.

This is the best gas station I’ve ever been to. The owner is on another level of hospitality. He’s is very nice and understanding and always welcoming. If you ever need gas, or need any snacks including knick knack items, you won’t be disappointed here.

This Shell does not like students as customer.Since the ugly notice posted, it has been 5 years I am not using your gas station.Either behave, realize that you are in Canada or get the hell out of this country.Go back to where you emigrated from.
