I like this location better than Fairview mall. Here the employees are always nice and helpful. The location in Fairview mall some employees are nice, some Asian looking females are rude and making mistakes charge me more before telling me.

I came into roots for a specific item. They unfortunately were sold out but we had a sales associate Jada who went above and beyond to order the item for us online in store. She spent so much time with us and was so patient and friendly. The holidays can make the malls crazy but she was super kind and made the experience enjoyable.

I had an issue with an exchange from another store where they refunded to a gift card and charged my credit card, when I noticed I went into the store to get it fixed and the staff were so helpful, is was a bit confusing but Donya took her time to help me figure it out and we resolved the problem. Thank you!

Couldnt find jd sports or footlockerRemembered that I was looking or something warm for the cold toronto nights so I backtracked into here. The girls were sooo helpful honestly!!!Picked out a full tracksuit, very happy and warm :)Thank you

Worst roots store ever. No greeting and the staff did not show any intent to help. Lethargic and incapable staff who needs to be sent home because they are getting paid for absolutely doing nothing.

Update: Roots provided me with a credit for my missing purchase.I placed an on-line order from Roots on July 10, 2020. The products were never delivered, and Roots refused to provide a refund or credit. It took customer service three months to take a position on the matter. They claim the product was delivered based upon a Fed Ex note that the goods were “left with doorman”. We live in a rural single family home. There is no “doorman”. This was explained to Roots. Their approach to on-line business is abysmal. I placed over 200 orders with Amazon over the past year. They ALL arrived. I placed 1 order with Roots. It’s a no show with no credit. I will never purchase another product from Roots.

Could not wait for a sale, but the quality of this slice of Canadiana perseveres through thick and thin. You can spend a few sheckles at Old Navy for a pair of comfy clothes, but you can't beat the workmanship of a Roots sweatpant. 'Nuff said.-Zuk

Very poor customer service . I took a shirt that was almost shredded on final sale that I purchased from another location and the denide refund or exchange and they told me to return it to the same location that I purchased from . I got I touched with customer service and they seem very sorry for the poor customer service.

Just terribleI would give it zero starsDistrict manager is a nightmareI went in once to pick up a custom ordered purse I had ordered for Christmas which they told me would be guaranteed I’d have in time. They didn’t have it and I didn’t have a gift I had ordered for someone very close and special to me... when I finally went to pick it up, the assistant manager was kindly helping me... the district manager pulled her aside and told her she was spending too much time with me!This girl was trying to fix the mistake of another associate to redeem themselves as a store! Unbelievable!!!!!!Store clearly not doing well for obvious reasons... has downsizedStaff is DISGUSTINGLY RUDEI have witnessed a staff member disrespectfully tell her MANAGER how things are done. Her name is Stephanie... I sincerely hope she isn’t there any more.

God, just called the store to find out if they had a particular item in stock and the lady who answered the phone (Corrine?) was super rude. Actually hung up on me without saying goodbye after she checked for the item (which they didn't have, which is cool). rude rude

its a very tidy store. its best if you dont go there when there is a big promotion going on because you wont be able to find staff very easily. but overall the staff are good and organized. I go there a lot. and kind of know when to go
