I like this location better than Fairview mall. Here the employees are always nice and helpful. The location in Fairview mall some employees are nice, some Asian looking females are rude and making mistakes charge me more before telling me.

I came into roots for a specific item. They unfortunately were sold out but we had a sales associate Jada who went above and beyond to order the item for us online in store. I had an issue with an exchange from another store where they refunded to a gift card and charged my credit card, when I noticed I went into the store to get it fixed and the staff were so helpful, is was a bit confusing but Donya took her time to help me figure it out and we resolved the problem. Thank you!
