My experience with someone named Sean at this store was terrible. He didn’t offer any help and instead mocked me throughout our interaction. His attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. On top of that, he added my credit card to an account that I can’t even change or access now. Such behavior is unacceptable in any store. I expect management to look into this and take appropriate action.

to help or just to make it difficult to make a payment, I hope her manager can address this complaint, she is a girl who was not willing to give a good service, she is a girl not very tall, thank you for nothing for this reason I will change my company!

I'm with the Fido-Rogers more than 20 years. I changing my phone every two years..so I had lots of experience. I went this store couple days ago..and I think I got the best service in the last 20 years. Her name is Zalast..( I hope I'm correct).. she did the absolute amazing service. Very friendly, very educated and she has enough patience.

I went to this branch after Samsung tested my cellphone for not having service for over a month and confirmed the device is fine and it is the provider. So the representative said you need to call Rogers and technicians will help you. I called rogers. I was waiting in queue for over 2 hours as you can see in the screenshots I shared. And imagine what! It said please call at another time! That is crazy ridiculous! Any suggestions?

I was at another Roger's store on Bathurst and Rutherford to get a new device but the rep told me to wait at the store and said he would call me back to get the phone. He didn't call me back and the phone price went up.
I Came to this store and Lin helped me fixed the problem. He got me the price as what was promised before the price went up. I'm happy with my new Z Flip 5 ! I highly recommend Lin!

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid for the most expensive plan, but can't even get consistent wifi, much less actually high speed wifi. NEVER buy from rogers, bell better.

I went into the this location to purchase an Apple Watch Ultra 2. I am beyond frustrated with the service I received from Lin this Rogers location. This individual is the epitome of incompetence and laziness. Not only did Lin lack basic customer service skills, but he were also clueless about resolving even the simplest issues. Lin's dismissive attitude and lack of effort in addressing my concerns was unacceptable.
The funny thing is I drove 15 minutes to go to another Rogers store which I was told was also a corporate location. The agent was not only able to waive my activation fee he also found an another promotion to allow me an additional $25 credit towards two months of full insurance coverage for the device and set up the device for me. Completely day and night for my he 1070 Major Mackenzie location.
It's shocking that Rogers employs someone so ill-equipped for a customer-facing role. Lin's performance was a disgrace, and frankly, he should be fired. If you have no other choice but to go to this location at the very least do yourself a favour and avoid dealing with Lin, completely useless would be an understatement.

I had a great experience at Rogers setting up my new iPhone. Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. He made everything easy to understand and ensured I was all set up before I left. Highly recommend his assistance!
