This place is a rip off,they over charged me for a flat tire repair on commercial vehicle ,cost me over 650$ for a cheap tire. Management,customer service is beyond horrible.Will never go there again and certainly don't recommend this shop to anyone.

Being a retired Auto Mechanic from long ago I know value when I see it. Forget the Big shops like Midas, OK Tire, Kal Tire, Canadian Tire and all the rest.
Shop Local where your dollar goes further and the owners appreciate your business.
I recently replaced all four tires on my SUV and could not be happier with the service I received.
Mike along with the whole crew made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and I left the shop knowing my business was appreciated. Shop your local business, you will be glad you did !!

I would not recommended this place to anyone. They don’t want to take 5 mins to help another customer to put a plug in a tire.

Brought my car to replace all 4 tires
Found out after when I went to another shop and learned that they removed and did not put back the front right tire sensors it was missing?
I was told by the other shop mechanic
When they reinstalled the new tires the reason why the light to the sensors on the dash was lit up. that’s because they weren’t able to calibrate that one tire sensor it’s missing off the rim it was not responding in the tire anymore. that’s why the sensor light came on.
they removed it and did not put it back I was told it was not working and tried to up sell me a new sensor the fact was this was there error and mistake. no one was honest about what really happened while in there shop.
a month into them installing my new tires the left tire sensor then fell off the valve stem so now I was out two sensors, which was very expensive to replace
I had to endure the cost to replace two new tire sensor, that they damaged
I was quite shocked thinking that this is a tire shop that’s all they do just tires and they made a mess and costed me an additional $400 to repair two new sensors.
Too bad there’s not less than one star
Went to another auto shop that was able to help me.

I went to another shop previously and they told me that there was nothing that they could do given that my tire had a nail at the edge of its seam. Here I was with a deflating tire that was likely going to give up eventually which would end up costing me hundreds of dollars.
I call Richmond Hill Tire and right away they tell me there is a chance to fix it, even with a nail on the edge of it with a process called "vulcanization". After a couple of hours, I saved hundreds of dollars and gained peace of mind again.
I highly recommend Richmond Hill Tire Inc, especially for patching up tires!

Had me in within five minutes of opening changed my tire within 15 minutes got me back on the road very happy with their service

Brought these guys a set of tires to mount and there service was second to none. After getting me in last minute, they educated me on the tires I selected and were prompt with the install. My dog travels with me, they let her in, and made her feel as comfortable as I was. Worth the trip, will be taking our fleet trucks here from now on.

I gotta thanks Kathleen going above and beyond. She recommended me a person to remove the lug nut and they took it off in less than 15 mins. I think if I didn’t go to her, I would have let the dealership charged me a leg and arm already.

Have been using them for quite awhile. Main reason is trustworthy. Seems to me that they do not try to make you spend more than necessary.

I thought I had a bad sensor because my warning light was on and it turned out it was not. Kathleen and the team was patient, honest and thorough to quickly identify the problem to get me back on the road! I highly recommend them and will come back for tire and rims needs.
