I gotta thanks Kathleen going above and beyond. She recommended me a person to remove the lug nut and they took it off in less than 15 mins. I think if I didn’t go to her, I would have let the dealership charged me a leg and arm already.

Have been using them for quite awhile. Main reason is trustworthy. Seems to me that they do not try to make you spend more than necessary.

First time there they took me in right away for a flat , and this is during tire change season.
