Great experience with Mario. Very nice guy. Didn't try to upsell. Hours of operation is amazing. Bonus prices are posted on the website so no surprises. Update: Over Torqued when they swapped my tires last spring. Changing my tires for the winter, broke my Wheel lock key. Have to go somewhere to have it drilled out. Cost me my wheel lock/key, $60 at the dealership to get them to try and remove using their master key...and even more $$$$ to go somewhere else to drill it out. Txt'd Mario, will see what he says. Not very happy, thought I found my Mechanic.

It was the first time I use their service and decided to give a try after reading some good review in google.
Honestly I was a bit worry when I first see the shop; there is no reception area, crowded parking lots and a one man shop. However, it turned out, Mario DID provide quality service with very reasonable price. I did my brake/rotor, brake flash, tires exchange and oil & filter; just regular maintenance.
Thanks Mario for the honest pricing and services. Surely I will use your service again.

Having many services from Marion in the last 5+ years now, Always happy with his service, honest advice and reasonable pricing.
Recently I even received a free battery replacement (new battery+service) from Mario with the battery originally purchased from his shop and he honored the warranty replacement with no question asked.
I am impressed 👍 Thanks Mario and looking forward to all the great service from your shop for my family in many years.

Amazing shop. Mario and staff are the at the top of their game. I take my car here. It’s modern. It’s clean, the jobs are done in a reasonable amount of time. Anyone I can recommend this 2. I do. I just pray you don’t have so many customers now u can’t take my cars!? God bless and well deserved.

Great service from mario and his team and will definitely be coming back for more future repairs!
Been there 2 separate times both on referrals. once was for a steering rack and pinion replacement second time was front brakes and on both occasions the service exceeded my expectations.

July 8th I went in to have a clutch repair to which I was told my car would be prepared for July 11th. After reaching the date it was clear that it wouldn’t be ready at the time. I spoke with the manager and he told me they needed some time to replace gaskets and other things that were not good on my vehicle. This wasn’t something they needed to do and I truly appreciate the care put into it.
A few more days go by and I’m getting antsy as the weekend has past and I need to go back to work. Here is where my only true complaint is, there wasn’t too much communication and I was in the dark after what I thought would be the end of the repairs. After some time (and an originally angry review) the manager called me again and told me there were complications on his end. The traction control light had gone on and started giving him new problems. At the same time he was short on mechanics and I had no idea about this. Since he called me back and explained his situation I now understood what was happening and it was out of care that he wasn’t able to get me back my car on time. The following day he told me what needed to be done and that he would personally deliver my vehicle. He showed up at my house at the end of the day car in great condition and truly I have to say I’m genuinely impressed. These guys know what they’re doing and will ensure your vehicle is taken care of. Hopefully in the future he’ll do a better job of answering the phone but again, there was a lot going on his end so I do understand. Thanks again guys!

I previously left a review for Richmond Hill Auto Repair a few years ago, but I feel compelled to update it to highlight the exceptional service I've consistently received here.
Over the past few years, I've encountered several issues with my C300, and Mario has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication in resolving each one with patience and expertise. Recently, I visited for the replacement of ignition coils, spark plugs, and battery. Despite knowing they had other vehicles ahead of mine, Mario always managed to accommodate my last-minute requests.
For anyone seeking an honest, dependable mechanic offering fair prices, I highly recommend this establishment. Finding a mechanic of this caliber is rare these days, and I'm grateful to have discovered this repair shop. Thank you!!
