Ray or whoever the guy at the front desk was, was rude, incompetent and extremely unprofessional. I don’t care how bad of a day you had, but you have no right to speak to customers like that. Learn some English, manners and customer service and then maybe you will be worthy of calling yourself a framer. I’m disgusted and would not suggest here to any sane human being. We started asking a question, not only did he interrupt multiple times thinking he knows what we are asking and he was wrong all three times, he started yelling that he can’t say anything unless he sees the frame. BE NICE YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT OTHER PEOPLE GO THROUGH. Absolutely despicable.

This review is long overdue; I’ve come to Ray’s for several items over the years and he’s always knocked it out of the park. Amazing quality, great end result, great service. Can’t ask for more than that.

My wife and I ended up at Ray's by chance as the place we were going to frame our artwork had closed early on a Saturday.
Ray is the best thing that has happened to us in a long time!
Ray is a master in his own right and will guide you through the, at times, daunting process of selecting the right frame and matting for your artwork. He was extremely patient and helped us for almost two hours as we selected frames and matting for 4 pieces.
Today we picked up the 4 completed frames and they were magnificent! And did I mention very very reasonably priced! Go see Ray!

Walked into the store without any knowledge about framing
(my university degree) Ray did an excellent job in explaining his 30 years of professional experience about framing diplomas and how it's done. The masterpiece finally turned out better than what i expected it to be.

I do know Ray almost 30 years
When you will walking to his Gallery looks like you’re entering at the museum the store atmosphere with a soft classic music you don’t want it to leaving as far as his art work goes the 30 years of his hard work speaks for itself

Many years ago I went into Ray's store to frame certificates and other stuff. Since then, I never took my stuff anywhere else. In my eyes, he's the "best of the best." Period!

Fantastic! I would highly recommend Ray's Picture Frames to anyone looking to have something framed. I asked Ray to put together a very difficult piece with 11 double openings - no ask is too difficult for Ray however. He saw my vision right away, worked with me to get to what I wanted and put together a beautiful piece which I will have and display proudly forever. Thank you Ray!

A week ago I had a very large project which I needed completed quickly for Father's Day. I went into Ray's store not quite knowing what I wanted or what the outcome of this project would be. Ray was incredibly helpful in selecting the best materials for the project. Not only did he give me an extremely fair price (given that the frame I needed was almost 1 meter by 1 meter), he also had it finished within one day. The finished product was extremely well done and looks amazing. Ray went out of his way to make sure this frame was exactly what I was looking for, which is why this is the only custom framing store I will use going forward.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life about someone’s customer service!! Very rude, very impatient, anxious owner!!
I just walked to his store to ask about the price of some of his frames!! He refused to give me a price because of his previous experiences that some customers complained about the price difference!!
I mean how he could generalize people and even treat me as a new customer Sooo bad!! I felt so disrespected!! I am very sorry for such business owners in our community!!! :(
