don’t shop here. Super unprofessional. Have a price over the phone, showed up and they tried charging me more. *adding because their reply is a lie. Over the phone the women told me $200 for an item, I came in the store they said $250 and then after I went back and then they said they’re planning on charging more for it. Most unprofessional store.

I’m going to have to change my 5 star to a 1 , The new faces don’t seem to have a clue on what’s going on , my daughter asked for a specific shoe and the lady said she didn’t have it (it was on the wall) , the essentials hoodies tags seem off as well since we tried one on and had a ‘real’ one from Essentials… Not sure where the old manager went (Ivory) but we definitely won’t be returningPlace is amazing and Hillcrest DEFINITELY needed one of these stores - has great street wear for all the ‘Hypebeasts’ - The manager Ivory (pardon me if that’s not her name) was amazing at assisting my daughter and I, we will for sure return just because of how genuine and nice she was helping us. Keep up the good work and all the best to your store!

Love this place so much. Got some sick sneakers here that I wasn’t able to find anywhere else. Staff was helpful and the place is always clean.Totally recommend this place if you are looking for authentic quality shoes.

Came with my family to shop for back to school the prices are really good compare to the other store I have been too. Was able to get my son a pair of Jordan and a pair of Nike dunks love the customer service. Check it out if your in the area!
