White male aggressively yelled at my younger brother for touching the toys. He then started yelling the F word and told us we were not allowed to be in here again. Horrible experience, don’t recommend to buy from here.

How could this same lady be still working here. I sent my daughter and her friends looking for toys for my 6 years old niece. With a "try me" button toy, they were testing for the sound and got told to leave. Reviewing messages from other people, this happened often. If she is not the owner, she should be the one leaving.

Used to come here regularly with my 3 year old. He loves to browse the shelves for a little treat, but there is one middle aged female employee (long frizzled hair and glasses, dark skinned) who is incredibly rude and confrontational. Once, she approached my toddler for sitting down on a toddler car and berated him for "not being allowed to touch any toys in the store". This experience scared him so much we did not return for months.This past weekend, we returned to the store because we were in the area and my son requested it. We were praying that grumpy lady would not be there, but low and behold, she was pacing back and forth like a royal guard. My son pushed a toy shopping cart down an aisle and like a hawk she immediately approached us with the same menacing tone asking if we were going to purchase the item, and if not, to not dirty the cart wheels. When I questioned why children could not touch toys in a TOY STORE, her response was because "It's a business". Well, clearly this business is not doing very well, given the "60% off" and "Help Wanted" posters up on the wall. Don't waste your time and go to Mastermind across the street where employees understand that a toy store is supposed to be a positive environment for children. Just a reminder to that female employee if she somehow reads this:Don't take yourself so seriously. If you're miserable and hate your life, never, ever, try to take it out on my child again.

Today in the store Hillcrest Mall location, a saleswoman (in a black longsleeve photo 1) attacked my 6 year old son, I was nearby, but she aggressively yelled at him so that he would not touch the toys. She practically attacked me, screaming at the whole store, waving her arms, saying that my 6 year old son is no longer a child, so she can tell him whatever she wants and how she wants. She screamed so loudly and waved her hands in front of us that we decided to leave the store. At the checkout, I asked another saleswoman (in white longsleeve photo 2) what the name of this “Lady” was, but the second saleswoman began to shout at me, said that they did not have a customer service and the head of the store, she threatened security, began to call somewhere on the phone and screaming that the child and I have no right to be in her store. Store owner, I am writing to let you know about this situation. You have inadequate, aggressive and incompetent employees working in your store. I will never come to your store again, I will tell all my friends and complain to the management of the Mall. Take action against your rabid workers. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the first person they attack.

I ordered from their online store, and my credit card had been compromised within a few days after the purchase was made. It was the only place I used that card recently. I can’t say for certain, but I will not be giving them my business again because of this.

Huge selection of Squishmallow. Neat and clean store. Prices seem high compared to other toy stores. Received no customer service this evening.
