Playtime Toys offers a huge and excellent selection of toys, including lots of Squishmallow choices and random Star Wars and Marvel figures. The store is very clean and neat. Prices can be high compared to other toy stores, though some items are priced decently or on sale. Customer service experiences vary; a sales associate can be helpful, but sometimes there is no customer service or a strange vibe from employees who seem on edge. All sales are final. Many customers love the store and plan to return.

    great selection of toys but staff are rude. went to check out and accidentally paid the wrong amount and got yelled at.

    Excellent selection of toys, got exactly what I needed. Sales associate helped me throughout the process of getting a birthday gift for my nephew. Will definitely return for my holiday shopping
