Big rip off and misguided staff whom lie to their clients ! I have taken my dog to the groomer (PANIS) for the last one year and today when I got there to pick up my dog she told me she has to charge me an extra $36 on top of the $75 she always charged me because I was 30 min late. She called me SIX times in the span of 30 minutes! I have two little kids and work from home and have no idea what she was thinking. She continued to insist that she had told me from day one that every 30 min would cost $36 extra, but she never did actually tell me that in reality and I told her that as well. She kept insisted so I paid for it. I ended up paying $120 for a small dog haircut. What is disgusting is the manipulation, harassment of continuous calls and lies. I would never go back there again or recommend it to any one.

I would definitely recommend this groomer. She is very gentle with our dog and his hair cut always looks beautiful. Very reasonably priced, very easy to get an appointment and very professional. So glad I found her!
