My husband and I had an awful experience at the PetSmart in Richmond Hill. We went there for a simple nail trim for our 10-month-old puppy, but it turned into a complete waste of time. Despite seeing multiple employees around, we were told to wait because apparently only one person was available. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes to an hour while the employee chatted with another customer. After that long wait, she informed us we’d have to wait even longer because she couldn’t figure out how to create a new profile for us.
We wasted two hours there, only to be told that they couldn’t create our profile at all. There was no explanation like a system issue or even an attempt to get help from someone else. It felt like we were simply dismissed. The lack of professionalism and total disregard for our time was unbelievable. The staff was unapologetic, and the customer service was absolutely terrible.
Our poor puppy was left feeling anxious from the chaos, strange smells, and other animals around, and we left with nothing but frustration. This experience has completely turned us off from PetSmart. We won’t be returning.

Great location, good customer service, I really appreciate the time and effort Jonathan put into helping me grab food for my pets. I’m currently in crutches he brought the stuff I bought to my car. Will be back again! Cheers!

I have been a long-time customer of the PetSmart Grooming salon in Richmond Hill, specifically at the High Tech Road location. Unfortunately, my recent experience was not the best. My dog returned with a nick on her tail, and the area around her bum became badly infected, requiring 2 visits to the vet. While the salon manager was very nice and helpful, I never received a follow-up call from the actual groomer to address what went wrong. I was hoping for some communication from the groomer, but it never came. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed with a grooming salon I have trusted for so long.

I went in for their grooming services and had the pleasure of getting Marjan. She did an absolutely incredible job with my toy poodle! It was his first time being groomed and she made it a stress free experience. I highly, highly, recommend her!
